Brewington's Appellant Brief re-filed 5/22/2012

On May 4th, 2012 The Indiana Court of Appeals denied Dan's motion to reconsider their denial of his Motion For Leave To File Oversized Brief. The attorney's had to take a 20,000 word brief down to 14,000 words.
