Brief Update
Dan’s appellant brief was filed on May 22, 2012. That has
been posted on line. We are now waiting for the Attorney General of the State
of Indiana, Gregory Zoeller’s office to respond. Deputy Attorney General James
Thomas Whitehead is charged with filing the response for the state. The State has 30 days to respond. It will be
posted on line as soon as it is filed.
